I compare myself to others far less than previously. VSA offers 1:1 coaching that is customized to my lifestyle and culture. ![]() VSA offers 1:1 coaching that is…the best educated and most intimated that I have ever experienced It's worth every penny because the change in your quality of life is far more valuable than anything else you could spend the money on. All around, if you're not happy with your body and you want to work towards better health / physique, I highly recommend this program. They also focus on cultivating a positive vegan online community that are all supportive of each other, and if you participate in it, you'll find yourself naturally more motivated to eat right and do the workouts. The coaches here are incredibly knowledgeable and will be able to answer all of your questions. But I understand better how to manage my particular injuries, and can plan around them rather than just getting demotivated and staying out of the gym entirely while waiting for them to heal. Don't get me wrong: my injuries are all still there. The most valuable thing for me however was learning better how to manage injuries in one of the online learning sessions that Arman hosted, and also having him looking at videos of me squatting, deadlifting, and benching, and telling me how to correct all of the things I was doing wrong. This program teaches you how to change your eating lifestyle to one where you can maintain or pursue the physique you want. But not only did I lose a ton of fat, but I also gained a lot of muscle. I came into VSA at around 170 lbs and I'm not 153 lbs. Arman was able to go and program routines that worked around my injuries and helped me both develop strength & lose body fat. The reason I joined was because on my own, I kept on injuring myself over and over again. I was connected to a coach that can deadlift 600 lbs and made all of his gains while being vegan. VSA has been an all around really good program for focusing on your overall health and fitness. And to coach Mislav, I trusted you and the process and it’s paying off in so many positive ways!! Thank you to Leif and Anders for making this possible. In my 40s I thought it wasn’t possible for me to lose weight, gain muscle, build confidence in my skin but I did! And met a great group of people who make this journey worthwhile. As women we need to have muscle as we get older to help us sustain a healthier lifestyle. Yes, I did build muscle during my almost 3 months in the academy. You never know it might just be the best decision you ever made. Tried so many diets even doctor prescribed programs that just didn’t help me maintain a healthy and happy way of life. Before starting the vegan Superhero Academy I was struggling with what to do to lose weight. My experience the last few months has been a positive transition into a new lifestyle.
